We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.


🔁 Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).

To start a return, email us at gaige.deaton@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Gift cards


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at gaige.deaton@icloud.com with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no hassle.
